WHAT TO EXPECT ON OUR THREE-DAY JOURNEY

DAY ONE - THE GODDESS WHO WAS EXILED

Reclaiming the self you abandoned in order to belong

Before many of us learned how to be ourselves, we learned how to be acceptable.

We learned which parts of us received love and which ones created discomfort.

We learned when to be quiet, when to be agreeable, when to hide our sensitivity, and when to pretend we did not know what we knew.

Some of us became the good girl.
The caretaker.
The rescuer.
The invisible one.
The independent woman who never needed anything from anyone.
The one who could survive anything, but no longer knew how to soften, receive, or be fully seen.

On Day One, we will explore the identities and roles that once helped us survive but may no longer belong in the life we are creating.

We will honor the woman you became to get here while also making space for the woman who is ready to lead now.

Together, we will explore:

• The roles you learned to play in order to feel safe, loved, accepted, or needed

• The labels and stories placed upon you

• The parts of yourself you silenced, rejected, or sent away

• The gifts that disappeared when those parts went into hiding

• What your exiled self needs in order to return

You will be guided through a powerful inner journey to reconnect with a forgotten version of yourself and retrieve what she has been carrying for you.

The question we will carry:

What part of me had to disappear so I could feel like I belonged?

DAY TWO - THE GIFTS IN THE FLAME

Recognizing the medicine your life has shaped within you

Your gifts are not random.

The things you have always been drawn to, the experiences that transformed you, the qualities others naturally seek from you...none of it was random.

Your medicine lives in your intuition, creativity, voice, leadership, compassion, storytelling, teaching, healing, truth-telling, vision, and your ability to hold space for others.

It may also live in the wisdom you earned through the toughest chapters of your life.

On Day Two, we will explore the deeper pattern running through your life and the different ways your gifts have been revealing themselves.

We will work with three forms of sacred medicine:

Innate Gifts

The qualities and abilities that have lived within you since childhood.

Initiated Medicine

The wisdom, strength, and understanding shaped through your lived experiences.

Emerging Gifts

The callings, abilities, and desires that are awakening now.

You will begin tracing the Golden Thread that connects your experiences, interests, gifts, and recurring soul themes.

You will also explore the many branches of your medicine and begin naming the deeper tree beneath them.

Together, we will explore:

• What has always come naturally to you

• What people repeatedly seek you out for

• Which life experiences became initiations

• What gifts are currently trying to awaken

• The common thread connecting the many parts of your path

• How your medicine wants to move through your life now

You will also connect with your Solar Goddess Self and receive a symbol representing the gift you are ready to claim.

The question we will carry:

What gift, power or medicine has been waiting for me to finally claim it?

DAY THREE - THE GOLDEN THRONE

Visibility, sovereignty, and the courage to be witnessed

Knowing who you are is one thing. Allowing yourself to be seen as her is another.

Many women are comfortable being seen as helpful but not powerful.

Spiritual but not authoritative.

Wise but never the leader.

Generous but uncomfortable receiving.

On Day Three, we will explore the places where you still shrink, soften, hide, delay, or wait for permission.

This part of the journey is not about becoming louder for the sake of attention. It is about being rooted enough in yourself that visibility no longer requires self-abandonment.

Together, we will explore:

• Your personal visibility threshold

• Where you still make yourself smaller

• What you fear success, recognition, or leadership may cost you

• The difference between performance and embodied presence

• What it means to take up space without apology

• The standards and values that will guide the woman you are becoming

You will create your own Sovereignty Code and participate in a Lion’s Gate crown activation designed to help you cross the threshold between knowing your power and living from it.

The question we will carry:

What becomes possible when I stop hiding my light from the people it was meant to reach?

There is a time for healing, understanding your wounds and looking back to make sense of what happened in your life. But there is also a time to stop treating yourself like a problem that must be solved before your life can begin.

A NEW JOURNEY WITH DEEPER ROOTS

A couple years ago, several beautiful women gathered with me for Rise of the Goddess, a workshop centered around awakening the Divine Feminine, healing the wounded feminine, and reconnecting with the goddess within.

Crowned in Her Fire grew from some of those same roots, but it is an entirely new and complete experience.

Those who attended Rise of the Goddess may recognize this as the expanded next chapter, moving from awakening into reclamation, visibility, embodiment, and sovereignty.

Those joining us for the first time will begin right alongside everyone else.
There is no previous workshop, training, or experience required.

WHAT TO BRING

You will receive a complete preparation list before the workshop, but most materials will be simple items you may already have at home.

You may be invited to bring:

• A journal and/or printed workbook

• A candle

• Ribbon, thread, or cord

• A mirror

• Pens, markers, or colored pencils

• A meaningful piece of jewelry or altar object

• Something that can symbolically serve as a crown

• An item in gold, crimson, orange, or another color that represents your fire

Nothing needs to be expensive or elaborate.

This is not about creating the perfect altar. It is about creating enough space to meet yourself honestly.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to have attended Rise of the Goddess?

No.

Crowned in Her Fire is a complete, stand-alone experience created for both new and returning participants.

The workshop shares some of its roots with Rise of the Goddess, but the teachings, journeys, rituals, and three-day pathway have been newly developed around reclamation, gifts, visibility, and sovereignty.

You will not be behind, and nothing from the previous workshop is required to participate fully.

Is this only for women who work as healers or spiritual practitioners?

No.

This experience is for any woman who feels called to reclaim more of herself, recognize her gifts, and live with greater courage and authenticity.

Your medicine does not have to become a business.

It may express itself through your relationships, creativity, work, leadership, family, community, or the way you move through the world.

Do I need to know what my gifts are?

Not at all.

Part of the workshop is designed to help you recognize the gifts and repeating patterns that may already be present in your life.

You do not need to arrive with clarity.

You only need to arrive willing to listen.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes.

Registered participants will receive access to the workshop replays following each session.

The recordings are for registered participants only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed.

What if I cannot attend every session live?

Because each night builds upon the previous one, live participation is encouraged whenever possible.

However, registered participants will receive replay access after each session concludes, so you will still be able to continue the journey if you miss a session.

Is Facebook required?

The private Facebook community will be used for announcements, preparation guidance, replay access, group connection, and workshop integration.

Those who do not use Facebook will still receive essential Zoom and workbook information through email, but joining the community is strongly encouraged so you can receive the full experience.

Is this workshop religious?

No.

The workshop uses goddess symbolism, sacred feminine archetypes, guided journeys, ritual, and reflective practices.

You are encouraged to connect with the language and imagery in whatever way feels aligned with your own spiritual beliefs.

Will there be group sharing?

There will be opportunities to share, witness, and connect, but you will never be forced to disclose anything you wish to keep private.

You are welcome to participate at the level that feels safe and supportive for you.

What is the refund policy?

Registration is nonrefundable once the workbook, Zoom access, private community information, or other workshop materials have been delivered.

If you are unable to attend live, you will still receive access to the recordings following each session.
